What You'll Be Doing as a Ticketing Executive:
Customer Service Excellence: Handle inbound calls and provide a high level of service to our clients, ensuring their travel needs are met with precision and care.
Ticketing & Documentation: Issue travel documents accurately and within tight deadlines, ensuring a seamless process for our customers.
Ticketing Operations: Manage ticketing queues, handle reissues, make necessary changes, and process refunds with efficiency and accuracy.
Compliance & Verification: Ensure all documentation is verified and compliant with industry regulations, keeping everything on track and error-free.
Systems Management: Utilise industry-standard systems such as Aviate, Lime, Virgin, and Faremine to process bookings and maintain data integrity.
Team Support: Assist with any additional duties as needed to contribute to the team's success, with a flexible approach to help wherever required.
What We're Looking For from a Ticketing Executive:
Proven Experience: Previous experience in a ticketing or consolidator role is a must, with a strong background in the airline or travel industry.
GDS Expertise: Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus, and a good understanding of the processes involved.
Attention to Detail: The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Communication Skills: A professional, friendly, and customer-first attitude, with strong communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues alike.
Ability to Thrive Under Pressure: A resilient mindset, with the ability to manage deadlines and resolve issues swiftly in a fast-paced setting.
