Do you have experience working within the Travel/hospitality industry?
This leading independent Hospitality company is looking for a bubbly & energetic Reservations Executive with a can-do-attitude, to join their team in Kent/border of South East London. You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service, build rapports with our clients and process all incoming reservations in line with the company brand.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*To process bookings via phone, email or fax according to brand standards
*To maintain excellent product knowledge
*To understand the business requirements of each individual Trade partner and anticipate their requests and requirements
*To offer after-sale assistance and reply to queries
*To upsell additional product as appropriate at every opportunity
*To maintain an excellent product knowledge on the entire product range by attending regular trade nights and familiarity trips
*To convert sales calls at the highest rate at the highest possible margin
*To handle all incoming complaints in line with the company complaint policy
*To handle all incoming complaints in accordance with company complaint policy
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Experience working within the Travel/Hospitality Industry
*Fantastic telephone manner
*Outstanding customer service skills
*Solid experience in a customer service role
*Desire to deliver the best service to our customers
*Excellent communication skills
*Bubbly can-do-attitude
*Good sense of humour
THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive starting salary of £18 - 20k, plus company benefits and familiarity trips.
