Product Executive required for curating product ranges of Mediterranean hotel holidays and in ensuring that these are procured, presented and loaded in such a way to maximise long-term guest satisfaction, safely and profit growth.
The Job:
*Monitoring trends in the market, enquiries, sales and feedback to optimise decision-making.
*Curating our product portfolio to deliver constant improvement to continually optimise the match with what guests are seeking and the business needs.
*Assisting in contracting of product to ensure benefits from the best possible rates, including identifying different channels through which to buy and opportunities for preferential commercial agreements.
*Working with marketing to ensure holidays are presented accurately and attractively in all our media.
*Providing training to sales teams so they have the information and tools they need.
*Supporting sales by ensuring that Mediterranean product is loaded and presented in a way that enables quotes to be sent efficiently and conversion maximised.
*Managing and building excellent long-term relationships with suppliers.
*Ensuring that the Health and Safety Strategy is followed, the aims consistently met or exceeded.
Skills Required:
*Experience of selling holidays in the tailor-made or luxury sectors AND/OR experience in product work in relevant destinations
*Intermediate (as a minimum) understanding of how the industry works (net rate contracts, allocations, BAR rates etc.) essential
*Service and relationship-based ethos
*Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
*Excellent numerical and analytical skills
*Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation and persuasive negotiating skills are all essential
The Package:
*Salary dependent on experience up to £28,000
