This fantastic opportunity is fully remote and offers a senior salary banding.

THE JOB
We're looking for a commercially-minded Product & Contracts Manager to own the end-to-end product and commercial relationship across Antarctica.
You'll own the product strategy and portfolio growth for the product, identifying new opportunities, developing new destinations and experiences, reviewing market and competitor activity, and confidently sunsetting underperforming product.
Commercially, you'll take ownership of the full supplier relationship across cruise, hotel, DMC, transport and activity partners. You'll lead negotiations and contracting, securing competitive rates, commissions, overrides, offers and terms, while managing pricing, yield and release strategies throughout the season.
You'll also be responsible for monitoring margin, occupancy, booking trends and partner performance, using commercial insight to shape future product and contracting decisions.
Alongside this, you'll develop strong senior-level partner relationships through regular contact, site visits and overseas recce trips, while co-managing a Product & Contracts Executive and working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Sustainability to bring the strategy to life.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Proven product and contracting experience within travel, ideally adventure, expedition or specialist tour operating
- Strong commercial and supplier negotiation experience
- Excellent understanding of margin, pricing and product performance
- Knowledge of the Polar regions and its supplier landscape
- Experience developing product and identifying growth opportunities
- Confident building senior supplier relationships and influencing across teams
- Some people management experience desirable
- Passion for adventure travel and willingness to travel regularly to destination
- Ideally based in the South, due to met ups and events to attend too however this is only desirable and not a full requirement
