Job Title: Cruise Product Executive
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Cruise Product Executive to join a dynamic team based just outside of Manchester. As a Cruise Product Executive, you will play a pivotal role in curating and enhancing the cruise offerings to ensure unforgettable experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, and evaluate cruise products and itineraries to ensure they align with company standards and customer preferences.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with cruise line partners to optimize product offerings and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling promotional campaigns and materials to drive sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product differentiation and enhancement.
- Coordinate with various departments such as operations, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of cruise products.
- Provide product training and support to sales teams to enhance their knowledge and selling skills.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the travel industry, is perferable, but if you're passionate about travel and cruise, we will help you become an expert in this field by guiding and supporting you!
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
