Are you an Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant looking for a new part time opportunity? You will need to have a background in Business Travel with two years proven GDS Galileo and Amadeus experience. The Job:
* Ensure that all travel enquiries are handled in an effective manner whilst ensuring service delivery exceeds client expectations.
* Make and manage reservations across all vendor categories (air, rail, car, accommodation) in accordance with processes and policies.
* Ensure reservations and adhere to customer policies, process and SLAs at all times
* Building strong and meaningful relationships across our client portfolio
* Working to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction for all stakeholders.
Skills required:
* Complete competence using travel booking technologies - Travelport (Galileo), Amadeus, Evolvi and Conferma
* Strong product and geographical knowledge with the ability to upsell additional services to ensure the completeness of reservations
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Attention to detail with the ability to both prioritise workload and manage customer expectations.
* Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Must be highly motivated to ensure that goals and targets are consistently met.
The Package:
* Part Time Position 16 hours per week
* Monday-Friday 17:00 - 22:00 Saturday-Sunday 08:00 - 22:00
* Salary £27,000 - £30,000 Pro Rota
