We are working within an Independent 'Kent based' Travel Management company, who are looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant to join their close-knit team!

Key Responsibilities: Consultant
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
* Make domestic and international flight booking using GDS
* Book hotels, transfers and other ancillary items
* Accurately input reservations into booking systems and manage all related documentation.
* Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, airline policies

Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or related reservations
* Proficiency in a GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) or experience with booking platforms.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Certificate or diploma in Travel and Tourism (desirable)
* Personal passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations
