New vacancy available in South London for an Operations Executive, as an Operations Executive you will take ownership of bookings post-sale, ensuring every customer is fully prepared, informed and excited for departure. You will work closely with Sales, Finance and our global travel partners to deliver a seamless customer experiences, maximise ancillary revenue, and maintain operational excellence. This is a high-responsibility role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, accountability and customer care.

The Job:

  • Ensure all bookings are fully completed and departure-ready (confirmations, balances collected, traveller details submitted, documentation issued)
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding balances and escalate payment failures where required
  • Ensure all traveller information is collected in good time prior to departure
  • Issue final travel documents and joining instructions accurately and on time
  • Conduct quality control checks across all bookings
  • Update internal systems and customer documentation accordingly
  • Liaise with partners on tailor-made itineraries and additional booking elements
  • Add and confirm extra services such as accommodation, transfers or flights
  • Proactively contact customers to offer ancillary products and upgrades
  • Support Sales during holiday periods and busy trading windows
  • Assist in improving post-booking conversion and ancillary attachment rates
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate post-booking processes
  • Support finance processes
  • Maintain clear, organised booking records in internal systems

Skills Required:

  • Degree educated (preferred but not essential if experience is strong)
  • Confident using Word, Excel and booking systems
  • Previous travel industry experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Calm under pressure and capable of managing high booking volumes
  • Accountable and disciplined in managing your workload
  • Commercially aware and protective of cash flow
  • Confident communicating with customers and suppliers
  • Comfortable taking ownership of outcomes
  • Proactive in solving problems
  • Honest, transparent and collaborative

The Package:

  • Salary £28,000 per annum
  • South London based Hybrid (3 days office)
