One of the UK's leading incoming tour operators are seeking an experienced FIT Executive to join their friendly and busy team.

Our FIT Department works with travel businesses creating and organising tailor-made packages for individual travellers so that they have the best possible holiday experience in Great Britain.

Responsibilities include:

 Administration and operation of individual bookings (city packages and car round tours): inserting bookings and dealing with amendments and cancellations
 Booking additional services such as entrances and transfers for clients
 Preparing hotel and entrance vouchers
 Finding suitable accommodation in the UK and Ireland within budget for round tour bookings
 Preparing hotel and B&B descriptions by researching all necessary information
 Helping out in FIT Sales with designing creative and authentic tailor-made holidays around the UK
 Offering exceptional service and developing strong relationships with our customers from around the world, understanding their requirements and matching their expectations
 Taking part in the emergency mobile rota of the FIT department
 Communicating with clients and suppliers on a daily basis

Your profile:

 friendly and very customer orientated
 highly accurate; attention to detail
 able to work to tight deadlines
 Ability to work well under pressure and finding creative solutions to unique challenges
 relevant education in Tourism (studies, apprenticeship) and first work experience (i.e. internship)
 Destination knowledge (UK and Ireland)
* An excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English; additional language skills (German, Dutch, French, Spanish) are an advantage

The successful applicant can expect a competitive salary package of up to 24k and fantastic additional company benefits.
