We have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our client based in Southwest London. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing the digital strategy. This role is well suited to an all-round digital expert with strong knowledge and a passion for online marketing. Applicants should be strong communicators, quick-witted and commercially focused, with exceptional organisational skills and a strong focus on execution
Job Details:
- Work with external developers to update and improve the performance of the website. Full responsibility for managing the website development agenda
- Use Google Analytics to understand the behavior flow of users throughout the site
- Define and deliver a conversion rate optimisation (CRO) plan
- Manage and deliver the SEO strategy
- Work with the SEO agency to manage all aspects of SEO including on and off page techniques, link building, technical SEO (crawl errors etc.)
- Work with the in-house content team to deliver SEO strategy
- Optimise copy and landing pages for search marketing campaigns
- Use Google Analytics and other analytical programs (i.e., Moz, SEMrush. Google Search Console) to deliver key campaign performance reports on a weekly / monthly basis
- Work with the PPC agency to ensure campaigns are planned, managed, and monitored to deliver optimal ROI
- Execute tests, collect, and analyse data, identify trends and insights
- Build triggered emails and flows in Salesforce and Pardot
- Budget allocation as per planning, monitoring campaign costs & ensuring ROI
Job Requirements:
- A minimum 4 years' experience in a digital marketing position within a B2C environment
- Highly organised and a self-starter
- Ambitious and hungry to outperform targets
- Ability to make quick decisions while remaining calm under pressure
- A passion for winter sports and/or cycling
- Proven SEM experience
- Experience of successfully working with and managing agencies
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Experience in CRM and marketing automation tools i.e., Salesforce, Pardot
- Strong working knowledge of the latest SEO techniques and algorithm updates
- Good knowledge of Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics and AdWords
- Good understanding of SEO tools i.e., Moz, SEMrush
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
- A good working knowledge of CMS platforms
- Ability to write and edit HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
