Leisure Travel Consultants? Want to be a Business Travel Consultant?! Want to work more sociable hours in a service led travel role? If you're GDS trained and keen to move into corporate travel, we have an amazing opportunity, offering full training with a leading independent business travel company based in Berkshire. This is a Mon-Fri office hours role and can be based fully in the office or with flexibility to offer hybrid once trained (part office / part home). You'll be working for a well establish boutique TMC offering a traditional corporate travel service, but with clever technology and a modern approach. Salary is very much dependent on experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Taking enquiries over the phone and via email from business travellers, building a rapport and offering excellent service

- Managing multiple accounts and understanding individual contracts and branch guides.

- Working to Service Level Agreements for each corporate client.

- Booking a variety of travel requirements from UK hotels & trains, right through to worldwide flights & organising visas via GDS.

- Working quickly and efficiently as an individual as well as in the team on own initiative.

- Working Monday - Friday shifts between 0830-1800 No Weekends!

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

A highly motivated, confident and enthusiastic individual, who is pro-active with the best interpersonal skills and able provide truly excellent customer service. You will have previous travel industry experience along with experience of using a GDS: preferably Sabre, You don't need previous corporate travel experience!

THE PACKAGE:

The salary is very much dependent on experience, current salary and interview. Starting salaries are in the region of £25k pa - £30k pa, depending on experience. There are a range of additional benefits to be discussed at interview!
