Web Support Engineer required for a growing travel business in the Swindon area, this company are currently on the lookout for an experienced Web Support Engineer to maintain the website content to ensure it is up to date, accurate and in-line with the content plan, marketing campaigns, digital best practices and brand standards. You will be responsible for the quality assurance for any new website module role outs or brand new websites, training other members of the marketing team on a new CMS changes and extensive liaison with the digital designers and Web development team is required.
THE JOB:
*Maintain web content
*Source and load web content from internal and external sources
*Build landing pages using modules created by the
*QA of content and page/template layout
*Fulfil and manage landing and product pages
*Responsible for end to end content delivery in line with agreed timescales
*Liaise with Product, Marketing and Web Development managers to maximise content impact
*Regular workflow updates to the Project manager

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Comprehensive Content Management systems (CMS) exposure preferably to Joomla and WordPress.
*Exposure to JSON an advantage
*Experience within a digital publishing environment of creating, editing and publishing content
*Experience of Content Management packages
*Communicate across departments and teams and effectively work with product stakeholders
*Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met
*Extensive interpersonal skills
*Ability to work as part of a team
*Motivated and self-reliant

THE PACKAGE:
The salary on offer for this exciting new role is in the region of £20000 - £22000 plus you can expect some excellent benefits like company bonus, medical benefits and company pension.
