Are you experienced in arranging 'High End' Luxury Travel? We have the opportunity for you!
A Luxury Company who specialises in high end / bespoke villa holidays are looking for a Luxury Travel Consultant to join their team in London.
What you'll be responsible for:
* Meet sales targets, conversion targets and customer satisfaction scores
* Identify, qualify, and convert enquiries into bookings, both inbound and outbound sales
* Provide an exceptional level of service to customers pre, during and post-stay
* Develop a portfolio of new and repeat customers, including generating inbound leads
* Identify key clients and establish a robust process for key client account management
* Input into overall sales process and suggest improvements
* Contribute energy and motivation to a cohesive culture
What we're looking for:
* Experience of 1 - 2 + years in premium or private travel (preferred) or luxury sales
* Demonstrated history of generating sales and meeting targets
* Commercially minded with a strong focus on both sales results & customer satisfaction
* Expertise and passion in two or more international destinations
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Impeccably organised and accurate in execution
* Team player
Package:
Salary of circa £30,000 + £35,000 plus excellent commission opportunities
