We are an Inbound and Tour Operating Specialist and offer a comprehensive product range to tour operators, travel agencies and direct customers.

We are currently looking for experienced Travel Specialist for our Tour Operating Department located in central London.

Main tasks:
* Handling tailor made enquiries, reservations and bookings from private clients and travel trade
* Arrange ground operations and deal with local suppliers
* Issuing & sending out travel documents
* Dealing with general enquiries about Switzerland

Requirements / skills:
* Previous experience in travel industry an advantage
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent English language skills
* Knowledge of destination Switzerland an advantage
* Experience in a similar role
