This is your opportunity to work as a Wellness Travel Sales Specialist in a dynamic, friendly and motivated team who are experts in creating tailor-made wellness holidays worldwide and provide our clients with bespoke healthy holidays to luxury destinations.

THE ROLE
*As a Wellness Travel Specialist you will be working in a fast paced and challenging role liaising between clients and suppliers to book all elements of a customer's holiday
*Sales Specialists are expected to establish our client's individual requirements and make suitable recommendations.
*Be committed to providing exceptional client service and knowledge-based advice to our discerning client base of health conscious travellers
*Contribute to building a strong client loyalty by providing a professional service. It's your goal to ensure all clients return home having had a holiday which exceeds their expectations
*Use your initiative to develop your own product knowledge
*Make the most of every single genuine sales enquiry and be able to distinguish between good and bad leads so that revenue is maximised
*Evaluate the client's needs and make suitable holiday recommendations following your discussions
*Calculating costs and preparing quotations for clients
*Confirming all holiday bookings with suppliers and the client, and dealing with amendments to booking details where necessary

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
*A genuine passion for health and wellness holidays and retreats (spa breaks, yoga, fitness, etc.)
*Experience working within the travel industry in a sales role
*Experience working in an environment with performance targets and/or objectives
*Strong negotiating skills and results orientated
*Good analytical skills, initiative, and attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work and contribute in a small friendly team atmosphere
*A good understanding of the English language, and most importantly, grammar

THE PACKAGE
*Salary: £17,000 - £21,000 plus Commission (OTE £40,000 Uncapped)
*Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Saturday working will be required on a rota basis, dependent upon business requirements.
