Are you looking for a role that will combine your travel expertise with your passion for sales?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced travel sales executive, working for an independent travel company providing customers with a range of travel services and making those holiday dreams come true.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A suitably experienced candidate is required to join this friendly office-based travel team. You will be dealing with warm leads, inbound calls, and online bookings. You will have the ability in matching the right holiday to your customer's needs, overcoming objections, and offering solutions to close the sale. Your aim is to provide outstanding client service building a strong rapport for future repeat business.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning.
  • Use all suppliers and systems to find the most suitable match.
  • Overcome objections to close the sale.
  • Process customer payments.
  • Confirm and load details of the holiday accurately into systems.
  • Continuously work towards booking targets.
  • Maintain a great level of customer service and building a repeat customer base.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

This is an excellent position for a someone who is sales driven, passionate about travel and enjoys a fast-paced environment where hard work is rewarded.

THE PACKAGE:

You will be flexible to work a 40 hour week rota, working hours between 0900-2130 Mon-Fri & Sat-Sun 0900-1800. In return is a competitive starting salary, of up to £20k depending on experience with uncapped OTE of £30k pa, plus great company benefits and travel discounts.
