My client is a leading specialist tour operator who is looking to recruit Sales consultants to book group travel on sports tours , this exciting role with hybrid working, great hours and a very competitive salary, within an excellent company is not one to be missed!

My client is looking for someone who has experience of working within travel sales or has booked groups and sports tours and is passionate about travel and customer service.

THE JOB:

• Follow up on sales leads
• Seek out new sales leads
• Developing relationships with potential and existing customers
• Set up costings for tailor made tours
• Follow up quotations sent and close sales
• Make sales visits to schools, groups and clients
• From time-to-time you will be required to travel to visit suppliers and hoteliers overseas giving you first-hand knowledge of the locations and visits we offer
• Any other tasks as may reasonably be assigned

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Must have experience within a sales role in the Travel Industry
• Must have a passion for Travel
• You must be commercially astute and have excellent communication skills at all levels
• Additional languages spoken would be a bonus
• Excellent rapport/relationship building skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Sales and target driven
• Proficient in the world of MS Office

WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?

A fantastic Basic Salary of £24,000.00 - £28,000.00 dependent on experience plus uncapped commission, great working hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm with Flexible hours. Hybrid working. 25 days holiday, rising to 30 with service.
