· To maintain a high level of destination knowledge at all times.
· Offer a high standard of customer service at all times. Building long standing relationships with customers and proactively engaging with them post-travel to help initiate repeat bookings.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
· A keen interest in cycling, activities and the outdoors
· Previous travel experience is preferable but not essential
· Previous experience working in a phone-based sales environment within a contact centre.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Determined to achieve sales targets and KPI's and thrives under pressure
· Reliable with great attention to detail

The Package:
_ Salary - £24,000 + uncapped commission
_ Monday - Friday
_ Hybrid working
_ Fam trips
_ 22 days holiday increasing to 25 upon completion of probation
