About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will receive full training and support to develop a successful career in recruitment. You will work with some of the travel industry's leading employers, helping to match talented candidates with exciting career opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and managing relationships with travel industry clients and candidates
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Advertising vacancies and managing applications
• Providing consultative recruitment advice
• Developing new business opportunities
• Working towards individual and team sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working within the travel industry is essential
• A proven sales background or strong commercial awareness
• Motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, resilient and ambitious attitude
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
