My client is a successful travel group who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join their Cambridgeshire based team to implement all marketing activity to support the Directors and the Partnership Marketing Manager in this very busy area. This role involves being responsible for overseeing all social media and email marketing plus implementing and coordinating all marketing campaigns for their whole brand. During the Covid pandemic this company have continued to trade successfully and now the restrictions are starting to be lifted I am very excited to say they are looking to expand their team!

THE JOB:
* Working closely with the Partnership Manager, Commercial and Product teams, this role involves implementing predominately trade facing joint marketing campaigns utilising the most effective product whilst ensuring their messaging is incorporated
* Liaising regularly with the Product and Commercial team to effectively market volume driven programme to the consumer and trade.
* Attending regular marketing meetings to report on all activity and make recommendations for subsequent activity
* Working closely with the Retail Director and the Retail Senior Management Team to ensure effective marketing of the company to the consumer locally in East Anglia area
* Working with Retail Director to produce marketing proposals and agree funding with external partners
* Managing the social media and email Marketing Executive for all 3 brands to ensure use of correct messaging, campaign fulfilment, ensuring weekly reports are prepared, analysed and used to improve performance
* Managing your own smaller team (you will be involved in the rebuilding and shaping of this team)

These responsibilities will incorporate the following tasks:
* Overseeing Marketing content across the brands 3 websites
* Monitoring results, providing updated reporting on activity which will contribute to future campaigns
* Working closely with Sales Managers providing them with marketing materials required and fulfilling commitments made to their agent partners
* Working closely with product and commercial teams to launch new brochures, new products and to produce ad hoc marketing campaigns outside of those agreed by Partnership Marketing Manager
* Managing marketing calendars and marketing budgets
* Working with the designers to create adverts, posters and flyers ensuring they are to brief
* Effective communication internally to ensure travel consultants are aware of marketing activity to maximise sales potential


THE CANDIDATE:
I am looking for someone who is dynamic, conscientious and a team-player with a real 'can do' attitude!

You must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role within the travel industry that incorporated campaign management plus possess solid analytical skills. We also need you to enjoy and have the ability to:

* Build successful relationships with internal and external colleagues
* Multi-task and work to tight deadlines
* Be results focused and driven to succeed
* Work under your own initiative and be proactive at all times with the ability to review and improve
* Show excellent organisation skills
* Be passionate about travel and/or have knowledge of the travel industry
* Have excellent copy writing skills
