Job purpose:

The main job purpose is to support the Head of Operations and Cluster General Managers to meet demanding key performance indicators. This will include identifying operational trends; analysing feedback; investigating opportunities; researching applicable benchmarks; making recommendations for improvement; and driving change that delivers an improved customer experience against a balanced business scorecard. This role will be mostly field based so flexibility to travel around the UK willl be required, around 50% of the time you can expect to be based from home or work from the Herefordshire Head Office.


Key Responsibilities:

* Review, provide feedback and make recommendations on departmental and Centre key performance indicators
* Champion projects that deliver operational excellence
* Drive change to ensure best in class implementation and product delivery
* Be involved with product development opportunities
* Analyse and report on Compliance and Health & Safety key performance indicators
* Identify trends, follow-up on actions and ensure a culture of continuous learning and improvement is achieved when it comes to all things Health & safety and Compliance related
* Identify staff trends and associated drivers, making recommendations on areas for improvement
* Provide support to the Head of Operations and Cluster General Managers to co-ordinate line management aspects to the Centre teams
* Support staff establishment setting, workforce planning and benchmarking
* Co-ordinate budget setting, tracking and review of management accounts
* Analyse performance centrally and by region/individual centre
* Identify and recommend opportunities for cost scrutiny and revenue generation
* Support in the costing of new projects and payback methods

About you:
* You will have a naturally inquisitive nature and be keen to investigate anomalies and opportunities
* You will have an analytical approach and a keen eye for detail
* You are a natural decision maker and are comfortable taking responsibility
* You will be able to work at a pace and deliver results under pressure
* You have very high standards and act with integrity and commitment
* You will love change, development and all innovation, as well as being resilient, flexible and adaptable

Experience required:
* You will have worked in a Senior Operational role with multi-site experience in a consumer facing environment.
* We would love you to have some project management experience and a high proven track record of delivering the very best standards
* Confident in using technology and be well versed in managing budgets
* You will have a full, clean driving license
* You will have experience in managing Health and Safety in a work environment and have sound knowledge of safeguarding requirements
* Comfortable with travelling and working on the road
* A full DBS will need to be obtained (which the company will pay for)

A range of company benefits are on offer, the salary region based on experience is up to £45k
