Do you have what it takes to work for one of the leading names in Luxury Travel? This award winning, Luxury Tour Operator is currently seeking an experienced sales consultant to join their dedicated Europe team. The role requires an enthusiastic individual with an in-depth knowledge of European destinations and the enthusiasm to sell some of the most Luxurious Hotels and Resorts that Europe has to offer. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of the area having travelled extensively yourself. You will have an excellent sales technique, good telephone manner and have the ability to work well under pressure. Galileo experience is preferred.
Key responsibilities, for this Reservations Consultant role, include:
- Receiving inbound calls and emails, servicing the enquiry and issuing quotes.
- Selling luxury travel products including tailor-made itineraries and travel to Europe
- Converting enquiries to bookings, using your experience / knowledge to advice on the best holiday, for your valued client.
- Using CRS.
- Offering an excellent standard of customer service to valued repeat, recommended and new clients.
- Be part of this company's ongoing success.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate is to be suitably experienced with CRS, Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus or Worldspan knowledge an advantage. To have travelled too or extensively sold luxury European Holidays.
