Amazing opportunity for a positive, passionate, and sales-driven Travel Consultant to join our Reservations Team.
As a Personal Travel Consultant, you will be expected to demonstrate your knowledge of all the destinations in our brand.
You will be involved in talking to clients and travel agents, putting together quotes, following up existing enquiries and providing advice over the phone, email, and live chats. Good telephone manner and customer service skills, plus ability to work calmly under pressure during busy periods are key requirements. Training will be provided so that you will fast become a destination expert.
The Job:
* Providing information and quotes to direct clients and travel agents
* Selling holidays to worldwide destinations
* Providing customer service via live chat and email
* Chasing up existing enquiries
* Upselling to customer to maximise revenue
* Advising customers on extensions and stopovers
* Converting bookings

The Package:
* A competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,000 + Commission
* Working in a prime London location - Hybrid
* Hours 9am - 5.30pm Monday-Friday and some Saturdays 10-4pm (once fully trained)
