Location: Belfast | Retail Travel Agency - hybrid depending on location

We're looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our friendly, passionate Belfast-based team. If you love selling holidays, know your destinations inside out, and enjoy creating unforgettable travel experiences for clients, this could be the perfect role for you.

The role as a Travel Consultant:

• Selling a wide range of holidays including package, cruise, tailor-made and long-haul
• Delivering exceptional customer service from first enquiry to post-travel
• Using your destination knowledge to confidently match clients with their ideal holiday
• Maximising sales opportunities and achieving targets
• Building strong relationships with repeat and new customers

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in retail travel (essential)
• Strong all-round travel sales experience
• Excellent destination knowledge
• Confident, personable, and sales-driven
• A genuine passion for travel

• Enjoy promoting holidays and travel inspiration
• Are comfortable appearing on or contributing to social media to help showcase the branch and its amazing holidays
