An exciting opportunity has become available for an Africa enthusiast to join a well-established specialist tour operator based in their North London office. They are seeking hard working, approachable and passion individuals to be apart of their exciting Reservations team!

Key Responsibilities:
* Handing Reservations and booking confirmations to agents
* Coordinating and sending relevant information to agents regarding latest products
* Preparing details itineraries and quotations
* Checking of invoices from suppliers such as hotels
* Working closely as part of a team
* Drafting and handling any complaints that may arise
* Dealing with agents via email and telephone

Skills Required:

Experience within the travel industry
* Passionate about Africa
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
* Familiarity with Microsoft office specifically word and excel
* Ability to understand and articulate clear responses to global agents

What's On Offer:
Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
Office based
Performance related bonus'
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Alternative Saturdays 9am - 1pm (working from home)
