A leading luxury Tour Operator is looking to recruit a Concierge consultant. We are seeking a candidate ideally from a luxury Tour Operations or Retail Travel background, to add to this client experience lead role. Someone with meticulous attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. You will be the go to person for all agent and client requests, including securing reservations at exclusive Worldwide hotspots, Golf lessons with renowned golf pro's and treatments in World- Class Spa's. JOB DESCRIPTION as a Concierge Consultant

- Pro-actively work as an after sales and administration support for all members of the reservations tea

- Manage all aspects of confirmed bookings by reserving/amending flight, hotel and transport arrangements

- Pre-booking of spa treatments, golf, ski lessons & equipment, restaurant reservations, car hire, excursions etc.

- To be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to other departments and external customers at all times

- Ensure that all forthcoming deadlines are met taking into account seasonality of workload and the on-going demands of customer requirement

- Liaise with worldwide suppliers, accurately verifying and logging arrangements

- Assist the admin team with all ticket dispatch and itinerary production

- Provide a comprehensive 'concierge service' to the reservations teams

- Part time role, 28 hours per week.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED as a Concierge Consultant

  • Excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills, the drive to meet deadlines
  • Confident working under pressure, self-assured
  • Strong multitasker, able to prioritise and manage varying workloads
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate with High-Net-Worth agents / clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience using a GDS and/or Dolphin is desirable

THE PACAKGE as a Concierge Consultant

Basic salary - £23,000 - £28,000 DOE

23 days annual leave increasing to 27 with service
