Do you have previous travel experience within an independent retail travel agency? I am seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join a reputable, established independent Travel Agency. My client is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Travel Consultant to join their growing team. This role will suits someone with good Travel Agency experience, excellent customer service and a passion for travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Working in a small team of travel consultants
* Greeting customers face to face and also over the phone
* Quoting on a wide variety of worldwide travel itineraries
* Selling both package and dynamically packaged holidays
* Offering your customer a choice of tour operator, to sell the right holiday for their needs
* Selling additional products and services, such as car hire and travel insurance.
* Working to sales targets to earn commission whilst offering excellent customer service

SKILLS REQUIRED:

* A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in an independent Travel Agency
* Passionate about travel and customer service
* Enthusiastic, creative and with a positive attitude

THE PACKAGE:
* Salary is highly competitive, in the region of £19k per annum, plus bonuses

HOURS:
You will be required to work 5 days a week on a rota between Monday - Saturday; 09.00 - 5.30
