We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time trainee ticketing agent to join a growing Corporate Travel company based in the Canterbury area.

The role:

• Handling ticket sales
• Making reservations
• Providing excellent customer service
• Interacting with customers
• Managing reservations
• Supporting sales efforts
• Working closely with the team to ensure seamless travel arrangements for our clients

Qualifications:

• Skills in Ticket Sales and Reservations
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience or interest in Sales
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in travel or a related field is beneficial

The package:

• A salary of circa £24,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience
• Monday - Friday working hours
• Opportunities to grow / progress within the role
