• Assist in booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and ground transport for corporate clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all clients' needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
• Learn to manage and handle travel requests and queries through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, travel regulations, and new technology.
• Work closely with senior consultants to gain valuable knowledge and skills.

Skills Required:

• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for customer service
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
