My Client a well-established Corporate Travel company are looking for an experienced Corporate Team Leader/Project Executive to join their growing business. Do you have Business Travel & Events experience? Can you effectively manage a small to team to high performance? Deliver the best travel solutions? Can you take complete ownership for the creation and execution of Groups/Events Travel? Looking for a different direction with travel career? If you answered yes to all of these questions, this could be the ideal role for you. This exciting role offers both management and operational duties - which could develop or lead to future progression with the company.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Effectively manage a small operational team, developing a high performing culture.
*Motivate their team to deliver excellent customer service through employee engagement and development.
*To deliver the best travel solution to both new and existing clients.
*Taking complete ownership for the creation and execution of Groups/Events working with the Operational teams.
*To direct team members to deliver a quality service experience that is both consistent and dependable and aligned to the attributes of the core brand.
*To work alongside the Team Manager to successfully implement new clients into the team, understanding the client profile and best solutions and processes for the client and the company
*Maintain a positive team working environment and nurture a culture of high performance where sub-standard performance is effectively managed and positive behaviour and outcomes are openly recognised
*To continually identify team development needs and determine appropriate methods of addressing these needs
*Attend client meetings as requested by Management
*Manage and support multiple client events
*Accurately produce all client proposals
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Is self-motivated and has a passion for success
*Desire to lead successful teams of people
*Has a real interest in the Travel / Events Industry
*Has previously been in a travel role with some supervisory experience.
*Ability to think logically and consider all relevant aspects
*Computer proficiency in Microsoft office suite, including intermediate Excel
*Flexible to changing business needs
*Experience in Event or meeting management
*Leadership skills
