If you are accustomed to dealing with Tailor Made travel, and looking to make a move into an independent travel agency then carry on reading! I am currently recruiting for a Senior Travel Consultant to join this busy, independent travel agency in the North Yorkshire area. I am looking for an all-rounder - someone who can book a variety of products from last minute to round the world tailor made! Customer service and attention to detail is key as this store carries a lot of repeat clientele.

Responsibilities include:
- Selling face to face, via telephone and via email.
- Booking tailor made travel itineraries to suit your client needs.
- Selling all travel products but lots of luxury, high end travel products as well, to all European and Worldwide destinations.
- Booking travel arrangements for repeat, new, recommended and valued, clients.
- Delivering a dedicated service, using the highest standard of customer care.
- Offering advice, using your previous travel industry experience.
- Working well as a team player, and alone.

Experience required:
- The successful candidate should be suitably experienced, possessing a high level of customer service and passion for travel.
- Previous independent travel experience is essential!
- Experience of travelling or selling the following destinations is required - really well travelled including Indian Ocean, Caribbean and Cruise if possible.

The Package:
- A fantastic salary up to £24k depending on experience

- Monday - Saturday (Saturday's on a rota basis) Closed on a sunday
