Job Role:

Due to continued growth and success, this agency is now looking for a new Senior Account Manager to join their team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will take responsibility for your own client accounts, building, developing, and retaining client relationships as well as overseeing all event and project delivery across the accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Lead on Large Scale events throughout the full event lifecycle, with full support of the team as required.
  • Main point of contact and building relationships with client and stakeholders, on both live project updates and future opportunities.
  • Client handling and direction on new business with support of Business Development Manager/Account Director.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction post sale and ensuring a high level of customer service internally.
  • Finance responsibility (CRM) and reports to be produced monthly for Account Director review.
  • Responsible for Cost Sheet updates & sign off;
  • Working closely with the Account Director to implement and facilitate strategic opportunities that have been identified (new and existing clients).
  • Pitching new business to help drive revenue.
  • Business Proposal, Pitches, RFP's.
  • Managing and overseeing projects from initial brief through to delivery and attending events on-site when required.

Experience required:

To be considered for this Senior Account Manager role, we are looking for candidates that are working as a Senior Account Manager level within an integrated, events or experiential agency. You with have significant experience in client relationship management, develop strategic relationships, managing a team as well as overseeing event and experiential delivery across the account.
