Are you an experienced Business Travel Consultant? Are you experienced working on Entertainment Accounts? Previously used Sabre or Amadeus? We have the role for you!

We are working with a reputable London based Corporate Travel company, who are seeking a detail-orientated and highly organised Entertainment Business Travel Consultant to manage complex travel arrangements for clients in the entertainment industry, including film productions, touring artists, executives, and media professionals.

This role requires expertise in VIP travel coordination, last-minute itinerary changes, confidentiality, and high-touch customer service.

The role:

  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel for entertainment clients including productions, touring artists, executives, athletes, and VIP talent.
  • Design multi-leg, multi-country itineraries with tight schedules and frequent last-minute changes.
  • Manage group travel logistics for tours, film shoots, festivals, premieres, and media events.
  • Arrange commercial flights, private charters, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and visa processing.
  • Secure room blocks and oversee travel logistics for cast, crew, and production teams.
  • Provide 24/7 high-touch support, resolving disruptions, cancellations, and emergency travel issues in real time.
  • Track travel budgets, prepare cost estimates, reconcile invoices, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Negotiate preferred rates and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, charter services, and luxury vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with international travel regulations, customs requirements, and duty-of-care protocols.
  • Maintain detailed travel records, client profiles, and reporting through GDS and travel management systems.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling celebrity and executive travel arrangements.
  • Anticipate client preferences and deliver concierge-level, white-glove service.

Role Requirements:

  • 3+ years of corporate or entertainment travel consulting experience
  • Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre/Amadeus preferred)
  • Experience handling VIP and high-profile clients
  • Ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of international travel regulations & visa processes
  • Flexibility for after-hours/on-call support

The package:

  • A salary of circa £45,000 (depending on experience)
