An opportunity has come up to work within one of Europe's most exciting luxury travel consultancies as a Sales Team Co-Ordinator. Working within the Sales and Marketing team, this role will provide critical administrative and operational support to many elements of the Sales team. The candidate should have a passion for organisation and operational efficiency and a desire to support a fast-paced and growing team of industry professionals.
The Job:
* Support The Director of Sales and the wider Sales team with all administration required in servicing a client account. Assist with research, documentation, reporting and appointment making.
* Support the team in building and maintaining strong business relationships with all accounts under the guidance of the sales directors and sales managers.
* Carry out administrative tasks and general correspondence, in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintain the Sales teams multiple databases and google documents and support the team with any additional database inputs required
* Compile meeting agendas, detailed notes and follow up from client and trade calls, client meetings, responses to mailings.
* Assist with the preparation of Sales reports on client accounts as and when requested.
* Assist with the setting up of appointments for travel shows, invitations for showcases and as when required.
* Assist with the co-ordination and travel arrangements for the team for familiarization trips, trade shows and product/research trips to multiple locations globally
* Adapt and design Canva training presentations.
* Develop targeted mailings and creation of newsletters.
* Work closely with PR and Marketing colleagues to maximize exposure on any sales & marketing initiatives.
* In time, assist the ExecCo members of the Sales Team with their inboxes and diary management.
* Work closely with the in-house Operations team at to help organise and execute Sales Team events whether at our Townhouse or at other locations.
Skills Required:
* Ability to use Canva/Powerpoint
* Adept with spreadsheets
* Able to quickly learn new databases
* Experience with organising travel arrangements
* Experience with expenses delivery
* Strong communication skills
* Calm demeanour under pressure
General:
* Perform any additional tasks as directed by your manager, in pursuit of business goals.
* Maintain good timekeeping to the office and client appointments.
* Personal grooming required of a high standard - office attire required at all times.
* Role will be office based but there may be requirements to attend meetings and events outside of London in the UK or at overseas locations, sometimes for several days at a time. Flexibility to be able to travel and be agile is a necessity.
The Package:
* Salary £30,000
* London / Hybrid based
