DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
-Checking all relevant documentation ensuring that all bookings details are accurate
-Ensure documents are dispatched in a timely manner
- Work closely with the other teams within the sales department
-Ability to monitor work volume and prioritise appropriately
-Produce and distribute confirmation, amendment and cancellation invoice documents
-Be an additional point of contact for the client and deal with any queries, questions, payments as part of the sale team
-Deliver exceptional customer care and build customer relationships
- Office based role Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.30 or 9.30 - 18.00 on (a Rota basis) plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 09.00 - 15.00
- This is contract role to cover maternity leave for 9-12 months.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
To apply for this temporary Sales Support Role you will need to have a good understanding of the Travel Industry. You will be a proactive and highly motivated individual who can deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
