We are working with an Online Luxury Travel Agency / Corporate Travel company based out in the Maidstone area, who are looking for a Travel Sales Consultant to join their team.

Job responsibilities:

• Dealing with the public / corporate clients via the telephone and email
• Answer telephone calls and handle all e-mails, written and personal enquiries from customers relating to new / existing bookings & web-bookings.
• To work to set targets (quantity) and ensure customer care (quality)
• Maximise upsale opportunities by ensuring that clients are offered all upgrades and extras on every booking.
• Ensure clients are sent any relevant holiday documentation upon booking and explaining online check in and Manage my Booking.

Job Requirements:

• Experience within in sales role
• Experience within the Travel Industry
• Experience working towards targets
• Knowledge of both long-haul & short-haul destinations
• A high standard of verbal and written communication skills
• A professional and friendly manner. Approachable to both colleagues and customers

Package:

This is a Monday - Friday position (with the occasional Saturday)
A salary of £21,000 - £23,000 (dependent on experience) plus excellent commission and travel incentives
