Established luxury travel company, who set the standard for luxury adventurous holidays are expanding their team in Cheltenham (hybrid working available). We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support a sales team administratively. This suits someone with fantastic administration skills, a demonstrable passion for travel and a career in travel (or some previous industry experience, keen to continue their career path) Whilst not essential to progress, it serves as an ideal entry point into subsequent positions within either sales or operations for those considering their career path. With offices worldwide and a network of connections they offer adventures that can't be experienced with any other Tour Operator.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • This is a wide-ranging role incorporating varied administrative tasks which are integral to the smooth running of holiday sales and operations.
  • You will be a pivotal member of either the Africa Sales Team
  • The role encompasses a range of tasks designed to enable the sales team to focus on generating sales and enable general efficiency.
  • Confirm bookings and services, send all confirmation documentations and ensure booking detail are
  • Chase balance payments, Send all relevant information (such as passport details, dietary requirements, birthdays, celebrations) to suppliers
  • Advise of any cancellations and amendments and send out any new documentation
  • Booking of additional services and transfers for Travel Consultants
  • Follow up contact and emails to ensure they had a great holiday, obtain feedback
  • Take responsibility for problem solving in a professional and diplomatic manner to maintain customer service levels
