The Reservations Consultant will be responsible for booking hotels and ground arrangements ensuring enquiries are handled quickly and efficiently giving good customer service at all times.
The key duties of the Reservations Consultant will be:
*Offering prices for hotels ranging from 2-5*
*Working to sales targets
*Offering good customer service at all times
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Relevant reservations experience and must have previously worked to targets
*Proven sales experience within the travel industry
*Good knowledge of USA and Asia
*Good team player
*Good communication skills
*Excellent telephone manner
THE PACKAGE:
£17K - £19K + COMMISION
You will be part of an expanding business, with the opportunity for career progression.
HOURS:
Monday - Friday / 9am - 5.30pm and every other Saturday 9 - 5 (with a day of in the week for working)
Will possibly consider part time!
