It's a rare and exciting opportunity now open to join an amazing travel management company based in North London for a Ticketing Manager on Sabre. The Job:
Supporting the company agents with ITX fares, reissues, ticketing and in-house training using Sabre.
Providing ticketing services to internal clients in person, by email or telephone
Help promote and integrate Rate Desk with the companies agents so that they refer specified booking types to be fare-checked
Fare loading, ADM reconciliation, disputes and record
To provide an excellent quality of service.
Agent processing questions and concerns
Miscellaneous Ticketing and Processing Requests
Manage major ticketing risks and issues as necessary
Evaluate and escalate issues to other IT and Operational teams as necessary.
Continuously review and enhance communication procedures and channels to ensure proper delivery of relevant information to agents and support teams.
To process all refunds and exchanges that are sent by Agents and run monthly reports and process open tickets refunds
Experience Required:
You must have at least 5 years plus Ticketing experience preferably from a TMC background.
Have a strong user experience of GDS Sabre
Be flexible as you may be required to work between the local office and the central London office also.
The Package:
An excellent starting salary is on offer of £30,000 to £35,000 D.O.E

Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
