Are you a Worldwide Travel Consultant with a minimum of 2 years tailor-made experience from a Tour Operator background? Do you have an extensive long-haul travel profile and are passionate about tailor-making holidays and round the world trips? This Sussex based Tour Operator specialise in providing expert advice on planning a round the world trip as well as multi stop flights, overland adventure travel, hotel accommodation, round the world travel insurance and discounted long-haul flights


What we're looking for
My client is a specialist tour operator who are the experts in worldwide tailor made travel, their most popular destinations are Australia and New Zealand so I am looking for personal travel experience in one or both of these destinations. Besides Australasia, it's beneficial if you've also travelled in Asia, Africa, North and Central America or South America.

Besides a passion for travel, we do also require that our sales consultants can demonstrate:
*Solid long-haul sales experience, preferably in complex, multi-stop and tailor made trips
*A proven track record of securing sales in a customer-focused environment
*Competency of using the GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Worldspan or Sabre)
*Natural rapport-building skills
*Effective time management skills
*Strong customer service ethic
*Strong communication skills - both verbal and written

What you'll receive
*High basic salary and uncapped bonus system, realistic first year on-target earnings (OTE) £32,500 - £35,000

SENIOR WORLDWIDE TRAVEL CONSULTANT JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Creating complex bespoke multi stop itineraries for long-haul holidays
*Using a CRS system
*Handle all sales and general enquiries
*Excellent sales skills based on natural rapport building, effective time management and high levels of customer service.
*Achieve sales targets

SENIOR WORLDWIDE TRAVEL CONSULTANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Must have experience working within the travel industry from a tailor made background
*Extensively travelled all over the World
*Industry experience in Australia or New Zealand are essential
*In addition you have visited at least one of Asia, Africa or Latin America.
*Strong knowledge of a CRS system & ideally previous use of GDS system Galileo, Amadeus, Worldspan or Sabre
*Proven record in securing a sale
*Strong customer service skills

THE PACKAGE:
