Main Duties:
* Dealing with enquiries face to face and over the phone for a variety of travel destinations and clients including groups.
* Quoting worldwide travel itineraries, both package holidays and tailor made itineraries
* Dynamically packaging a variety of enquiries to suit customer's needs and expectations
* Ensuring that the best service is provided to each and every customer
* Using initiative to develop new business and gain new clients
* Being proactive in developing the company's product portfolio
Requirements:
* Previous travel industry experience is required, ideally within an independent agency
* Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
* A proactive approach and desire to progress is essential
* The ability to think 'outside the box' and develop new business
* Someone who is well travelled would be an advantage
* Experience using Galileo would also be an advantage
* Must be computer literate
