My client has offices across the UK and is offering a rare opportunity for a travel sales consultant to join their branch in North Essex. They offer the highest level of customer service and first hand recommendations and advice. They have loyal clientèle built up over many years. They are specialised on destinations worldwide and make arrangements package bookings including, flights and hotel bookings, car rental and sightseeing tours, as well as organising travel insurance. This role will suits someone with good Travel Agency experience, excellent customer service and a passion for travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Working in a branch, with a small team of travel consultants
*Greeting customers face to face and also over the phone
*Quoting on a wide variety of worldwide travel itineraries
*Selling both package and dynamically packaged holidays
*Offering your customer a choice of tour operator, to sell the right holiday for their needs
*Selling additional products and services, such as car hire and travel insurance.
*Working to sales targets to earn commission whilst offering excellent customer service

SKILLS REQUIRED:
*A minimum of 1 relevant experience in a travel agency environment
*Passionate about travel and customer service
*Enthusiastic, creative and with a positive attitude
