We are working with an independent travel company based in Kent, who are looking for an enthusiastic Reservations Consultant / Supervisor to join their small and friendly team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Working within a busy office environment booking accommodation / arrangements to the USA, Canada and most long haul destinations.
• Dealing with all telephone enquiries
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Liaising with suppliers
• General administration duties
• Dealing with any pre or post departure queries
• Assisting the Director with escalated issues / functions

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Must have previous travel industry experience ideally within a tour operator or travel agency
• Passion and knowledge of the USA, Canada and other long haul destinations.
• Excellent telephone manner is essential
• Fantastic written and communication skills
• Enthusiastic, friendly and positive approach

THE PACKAGE:

• A Salary of £23,000 - £28,000 (dependant on experience)
• Monday - Friday working hours Some Saturdays)
• Some Hybrid working available after full training
