My client are seeking a Reservations Concierge, to join their already successful team that deal with Airport Concierge Services Worldwide. For over 40 years, they have been taking away the airport hassle away from your trip/holiday. Role Overview:

As the first point of contact, you will be required to present a cheerful and professional persona to clients from all over the world who wish to make a reservation for the company's global airport concierge service.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all enquiries whether by email, telephone or via a third party are responded to promptly and politely and take all necessary steps to convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Accurately price and quote enquiries
  • Searching for solutions and options to meet the requirements of such requests, using a range of online resources and liaising with our airport service partners.
  • Finalising requests, and completing the service bookings as requested.
  • Assisting clients and travellers with any service related enquiry.
  • To oversee the daily operation, ensuring compliance with all standard operating procedures and other applicable regulatory policies.
  • Entering and monitoring all reservations into the inhouse reservations system, ensuring correct and up-to-date information is entered
  • Monitoring confirmed bookings to ensure all flight, greeter and transport information is up to date
  • React to and action operational changes / disruption in a calm and systematic manner.
  • Upselling products and services where applicable.
  • Liaising with all departments and working closely with the airport teams and service partners

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge and experience of the airport environment and service standards.
  • A desire to provide a high standard of customer service
  • Able to prioritise workloads and the ability to work under pressure in an ever changing, fast paced environment.
  • Able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, with a natural rapport with people and the ability to build effective partnerships.
  • Accurate data entry skills, attention to detail and computer skills are essential, including Outlook, Word & Excel
