My client is a well-established corporate travel company, providing services for over 2 million travellers in over 60 countries.

Seeking an experienced Ticketing Agent.

THE ROLE:

• You will be working with a variety of clients across our business travel clients who require the provision of timely and accurate ticketing.
• Supporting processes where robotic tools are not available or fail in their operation.
• You will be expected to cover all aspects of ticketing, including issuing, refunds and exchanges across air services.
• Fast and accurate processing of ticket processing, be it new issues, refunds or manual exchanges, including all calculations
• Troubleshooting and problems solving as errors arise, following process through to issuance
• Investigation and resolution of Agency Debit Memos and booking queries following up with airlines where necessary

EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:

• Amadeus
• 2 years + travel industry experience
• Strong Airfare knowledge
• BA Fares 1 & 2
• Eye to detail
• Analytical
• Problem solving

THE PACKAGE:

Offering remote working, with offices based in Manchester. Competitive salary circa £24-£26,000 per annum depending on experience + company bonus & benefits package.
