Do you know your payments and reconciliations to your credit checks and reporting? An excellent new opportunity is now available to join a successful independent travel management company as an Purchase Ledger Clerk. This is an initial three to four month contract, but with very realistic prospect of being extended or becoming permanent.

THE JOB:
*The duties of the Purchase Ledger Clerk will include:
*BSP Reconciliation
*Auto Reconciliation
*Hotel Commission Chasers
*Credit Check for new clients
*Purchase payments
*Petty Cash management
*Daily Banking
*Payment Reconciliation
*Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly Reporting
*ABTA & ATOL Reports
*Plus some general office administrative tasks when required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
For this Accounts Payable position we require specific experience including:
*Dolphin Travel System (Transactional side)
*BSP accounting knowledge
*Full working experience within Accounts Payable and the travel sector.
*Experience with Sage, Evolvi and Travelogix would also be an advantage.

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION:
Working full time, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm in Central London

THE PACKAGE:
A competitive salary of circa £27,000 per annum plus company benefits
