My client, an award-winning, luxury travel company based in Central London are seeking a Product Executive to join their expanding team. As Product Executive you will be working alongside the Contracts Managers focusing on enhancing the portfolio of European luxury villa products. You will be acting as a critical gateway and liaison between the roles of contracting, pricing, sales, operations and marketing to ensure a clear and consistent launch process for each villa as it is brought to market. If you have previous contracting experience, knowledge of Villa products and happy to travel overseas when required this could be the perfect career opportunity for you!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Contracting and negotiating rates and commission levels with existing and new villa owners.
*Sourcing appropriate local representatives and suppliers to enhance the villa experience.
*Updating and maintaining all relevant sources of villa data for web purposes and marketing campaigns.
*Building and maintaining excellent relationships with key villa providers.
*Ensuring products are brought at a competitive rate.
*Reporting the profitability of performance of the product within your region.
*Providing Quality Control information as required.
*Ensuring that the Travel Consultants are product knowledgeable and fully supported, enabling them to 'sell' the destinations effectively.
*Sourcing and producing marketing collateral (text and imagery) for web purposes and as required for any marketing campaigns.
*Maximise profits through accurate use of in-house database/reservations system and margin guidelines.
*Minimise costing errors through attention to detail.
*Providing contracting analysis reports when requested.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Ability to build up a commercial Villa's portfolio framework
*Experience of contract negotiation and onboarding of Villa product
*The ability to demonstrate drive, ambition and a 'can-do', flexible approach in order to continue to grow revenue and maximise margins.
*Be happy to travel overseas when required to contract new products and develop new destinations
SALARY:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary of £28,000
