Excellent opportunity for an experienced PPC Manager to join a rapidly growing travel company and add value to the company's digital marketing activity. You will be forward thinking and motivated, from a client or agency and be looking to join a company that both rewards & values their team, offering a dynamic and exciting company environment. Whilst the offices are based in the South-East, not far from London, this role can be home based with visits to the office once or twice a month, opening the opportunity to those based further afield. Salary is negotiable and depending on experience, but suited to someone with solid experience in this field but still keen to build and further develop that experience.

Working alongside the wider marketing team including SEO, Content, Social Media, Content, CRM and Developers, the role will have the opportunity to influence the entire digital journey of our users, from click through to conversion and beyond. Your focus will be on driving acquisition, through increasing call and enquiry volumes using the wealth of business data available to optimise costs and conversion. Currently in the top 5 of fastest growing travel companies in the UK, with ambitious growth plans set out for the future. JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Strategic management and optimisation of biddable campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Facebook.
-Report, analyse and interpret data to understand and drive performance of paid activity.
-Work closely with the SEO Manager to optimise Search campaigns across paid and organic traffic sources
-Work with the CRO team to develop landing page testing strategies to improve key performance metrics
-Work with the content team to ensure landing pages are effectively optimised for PPC success
-Work with the content team to develop effective paid social campaigns to drive lead generation
-Identify patterns in customer behaviour and segments and exploit these for lead generation purposes
-Create attribution models that best improve key business metrics and optimise the marketing budget
-Management and reconciliation of budget spend, to ensure fiscal responsibility, visibility and reporting.
-Managing, testing and optimising keywords, ad text, position and landing pages based on performance of campaigns
-Continuously evaluate performance and optimise campaigns to reach maximum ROI
-Keeping up to date with industry knowledge, development, tactics and strategies
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-Have a genuine personal interest in performance based digital marketing and the latest trends in digital optimisation including analytics and data driven approaches
-Demonstratable experience of building and managing successful paid search and paid social campaigns
-Experience or knowledge of lead generation websites
-Demonstratable experience of day to day management of £1m+ PPC campaigns with a strong knowledge of best practice techniques
-Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics to analyse site performance
-Care enough to manage the smallest details of a campaign at the deepest levels in order to maximise conversion rates!
EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
-Experience within the Travel or Leisure industry
-Experience with managing online to offline/lead generation campaigns
-Knowledge of using CRM data for search campaigns
-Website A/B split testing knowledge or experience
-Website Personalisation (Qubit and/or similar) knowledge or experience
-Experience in using customer data and segmentation for optimisation purposes
-Working knowledge of the Google 360 suite
-Experience of integrating call tracking tools in to PPC campaign management
