Role Summary/Job Overview:
*Create, implement and deliver an annual coaching programme
*Lead sales managers to support with hands on coaching
*Own new starter training and ongoing performance coaching using 1:1's, call listening and written quotation reviews
*Create training/coaching material to build an educational library
*Address training needs and individual skill gaps, identified whilst coaching and working closely with department managers
*Keeping abreast of external coaching developments, trends and new techniques in order to implement new and exciting way in which to motivate staff
Key Attributes:
* Proven track record (at least 5 years) in successful selling and service
*A coaching qualification
*Can demonstrate competency in upselling, sales call model and relationship management
*Self-awareness and competency
*Ability to build relationships
*Ability to use different learning techniques
*Strong evaluation skills and ability to evaluate effectiveness of learning
*Ability to coach and communicate at all levels
