My client, an established travel travel company, with a strong presence across the UK are seeking a Travel Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Travel Consultant with excellent customer service and a passion for travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Working in a branch, with a small team of travel consultants
• Greeting customers face to face and over the phone
• Quoting on a wide variety of worldwide travel itineraries
• Selling both package and dynamically packaged holidays
• Offering your customer a choice of tour operator, to sell the right holiday for their needs
• Selling additional products and services, such as car hire and travel insurance.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• A minimum of 1 relevant experience in a travel agency environment
• Passionate about travel and customer service
• Enthusiastic, creative and with a positive attitude

THE PACKAGE:

• A starting salary of £23,492 FTE (30 hours Pro Rata)
• Monday - Saturday based in branch in Essex
• Alternative Saturdays with a day of in lieu
• Additional benefits include staff travel rates, family & friends holiday discounts, overseas educationals, Pension scheme and social events
